Refund & Payment Policy

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Everything we sell comes with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not as described, or will not do the job we said it would, we will put it right. For a major problem you can choose a refund or a replacement. Nothing in this policy takes those rights away.

Change of mind

We do not give refunds if you change your mind, order more than you need, or find it cheaper somewhere else.

Loose soil, sand, mulch and aggregates cannot be returned once they have left the yard.

Exchanging unopened bags

Unopened bagged products can be exchanged for other products. We do not give store credit or cash back on an exchange. The value of the bag comes off the price of what you take instead, and you pay the difference.

For example, if you bring back an $8 bag and choose a $10 product, you pay $2.

If something is wrong

Tell us as soon as you can, ideally the same day. Send photos and your receipt or order details, call the yard, or bring it in. We will look at it with you and agree what happens next.

Cancelling a delivery

You can cancel a delivery up to the day before it is due. If you cancel on the day of the delivery, the delivery fee is not refunded.

If the truck cannot tip

If the truck cannot tip, for whatever reason, and has to come back another day, that trip's delivery fee is not refunded. The delivery fee is charged again when the truck comes back to tip.

Check the truck sizes and tipping heights on our delivery page before you book. Tell us about anything that could block the truck, such as a low carport, overhead wires or a narrow gate.

Payment

We accept cash, EFTPOS, credit card and trade accounts.

We do not price match

Our prices are set by the yard. We do not change them to match another supplier's quote or advertised price.
