Server Logging & Web Site Cookies
Each customer’s computer uses an IP (Internet Protocol) address when they are online, which is logged by our server. We use your IP address to identify your web site use and to gather broad statistical information such as visitor numbers.
Allowing a web site to create a cookie does not give Bibra Lake Soils or any other web site access to the rest of your computer, and only the web site that created the cookie can read it. If you prefer, you can set your web browser (such as Internet Explorer, Chrome or Firefox) to notify you when a site is using a cookie and/or to refuse it.
How We Collect Customer Information
Bibra Lake Soils also gathers information about customers through:
- Newsletter registration form (an opt-in choice)
- Customer contact forms
- Facebook Messenger
The information we obtain from you is used for these purposes:
- To contact you regarding your Bibra Lake Soils quote or more information about our products
Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Information
If you ask, in most cases we must give you access to the personal information that we hold about you, and take reasonable steps to correct it if we consider it is incorrect. We will try to make the process as simple as possible.
